Saturday - Fly the Harvard and/or BT-13 to Palmer (PAQ), weather permitting. Tom insists that we keep both planes out of the rain. Fred advises that we plan alternative scenarios for rain, wind, & visibility conditions, to/from/at PAQ, i.e., returning both planes to MRI as needed to avoid rain.

Fred says we’ll need 4 Wing volunteers to work both days at PAQ. The event hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 to 17:00 Sunday. It was recommended that we limit our presence to 6 hours on both days.
